SoniaCon runs on Volunteers

Set up starts at noon on Saturday! Please lend a hand moving some light furniture around

Breaking down will happen either Saturday night or we'll delay until Sunday. If you are able to help either (or both) of those times, please sign up for it. It's mostly returning the furniture and a few boring things like taking out the trash or packing leftovers. We are NOT doing heavy cleaning like mopping.

We may need someone to race out an pick up food we order.

If you want to do something even more incredible, please let us know. Whether that's bring in your soft-serve machine or hire the Blue Angels to do a flyover, we want to know!

In addition than the whole conference's gratitude, you'll recieve exclusive volunteer perks:

• Early access to SoniaCon, starting at noon
• Exclusive access to the volunteer lounge, which has no food, furniture other than some chairs or anything else. But it's an empty room where you can avoid the crowd for a few minutes.
• An official volunteer t-shirt. (Note, we do not supply any t-shirts, but any t-shirt a volunteer wears is considered an offical volunteer t-shirt of SoniaCon)
• If we come back on Sunday to break down, maybe people will want to play one last game first?
